We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide our Fortune 50 technology client with daily production reporting and insights to the leadership team. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and possess advance -level proficiency in MS Excel building pivot tables. In
addition, successful candidates will have a strong working knowledge of the Cisco organization, products, and
services.

Job Responsibilities

·        Assist in the preparation of daily
production reports

·        Maintain employee production reports

·        Create and maintain spreadsheets with advanced functions in MS Excel

·       Develop performance dashboards inclusive or performance, productivity, and revenue tracking
·        Ensure that all data
is captured accurately, and integrity of the data is maintained to the highest standard

·        Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

·        Schedule payroll/incentive
processing, when applicable as well as perform client- related audits and reporting

·        Use trends and report to forecast requirements

·        Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned

·        Manage Power BI RLS (Row-Level Security) settings for Datamart and reports

·        Develop and maintain data pipelines
on the MS Power BI Workspace

·        Create and maintain resources with in the SharePoint environment (SharePoint Lists, SharePoint pages)

 

 

Qualifications

·        Intermediate to
advanced-level proficiency in MS Excel including building pivot tables, use of embedded functions and macros

·        Proficiency with business intelligence platforms MS Power BI
and/or Tableau

·        Working experience with Power Automate and Power Query

·        Familiarity with Python

·        Proficiency with
Salesforce CRM.

·        Familiarity with
broad range or ETL tools to assist in the extraction and normalization of data as well as loading into business
intelligence software applications for reporting and dashboard creation and management
·        Intermediate to
advanced-level proficiency in Smartsheet collaboration and work management software

·        Strong understanding of sales KPIs and call center metrics

·        Working knowledge of Cisco organization, products, and services is an asset

·        Previous employment directly or indirectly with Cisco is an asset

·        Experience in developing reports for call centers or sales teams is an asset

·        Proficiency with
building dashboards and reports in Salesforce.com and Power BI/Tableau

·        Ability to multitask and work with global cross-functional teams

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Ability to exercise high-level confidentiality with sensitive data

·        Possess a friendly
and professional attitude while working in a fast-paces, demanding environment

·        Microsoft 365 platform management experience

·        Microsoft Power BI Workspace administration experience
